天氣炎熱 簡單吃碗豆花當晚餐
點了明池豆花的原味豆花 另加粉粿跟湯圓
這兩項是我吃刨冰和豆花最喜歡的兩個配料
(註:這個湯圓偏小,是小的紅白小湯圓那種尺寸)



我第一次吃這家店 不過好像跟我預期的口感有點落差
粉粿蠻軟的 湯圓Q到有點硬 像是放在刨冰裡面太久那種感覺
豆花是中規中距的味道
這碗豆花我覺得很突出的地方反倒是它的糖水 糖味很香甜
幾乎像冬瓜茶的香味 我覺得這點不錯 是本日亮點

The weather is hot, so I had a simple dinner of a bowl of tofu pudding.

I ordered plain tofu pudding from Ming Chi Tofu Pudding, along with rice cakes and glutinous rice balls.

These two toppings are my favorite for shaved ice and tofu pudding.

It was my first time trying this shop, but the texture seemed a bit different from what I expected.

The rice cakes were quite soft, and the glutinous rice balls were a bit chewy, almost like they had been sitting in the shaved ice for too long. The tofu pudding had a moderate taste.

However, the standout aspect of this bowl of tofu pudding, in my opinion, was actually the syrup.

It had a delightful and sweet sugary flavor, almost reminiscent of winter melon tea.

I found that to be quite nice, and it was the highlight of my day.
