今天沒有力氣煮飯,所以叫外送,又是我喜愛的白日夢pasta,有沒有這麼吃不膩?(有,我總是吃重複的店)

我今天終於忍痛放棄橘醬(粉紅醬)跟培根的組合了,點了我也很喜歡的青醬,在麵和飯之間擺盪了一陣子,最終決定午餐就是青醬雞肉燉飯啦。

第一次吃白日夢的青醬,還算濃郁,單看顏色跟旁邊的油份可窺一二,但我私心還是喜歡更濃一點的版本,不過因為現在天氣蠻熱的,再濃下去可能會覺得有點不清爽,那種很濃的醬還是留給冷一點的天氣好了。

它內裡的雞肉居然不是義大利麵常見的雞胸肉,而是雞腿肉,蠻有誠意的啊。而且我最喜歡的是,這雞肉處理的很乾淨,沒有皮、沒有脂肪,就是很乾淨的肉,這對我而言很重要,所以大加分。整份燉飯裡面雞肉還蠻多蠻大塊,因為是雞腿所以嫩嫩的好入口,配料就是基本的蕃茄、洋蔥、玉米筍,還有客製化的加辣,基本又好吃。

Today, I didn't have the energy to cook, so I ordered takeout, and once again, it's my favorite daydream pasta. Can you believe I never get tired of eating this? (Yes, I tend to stick to my favorite places.)

Today, I finally reluctantly gave up the combination of orange sauce (pink sauce) and bacon, and instead, I went for my other favorite, pesto sauce. I hesitated between pasta and rice for a while but ultimately decided on Pesto Chicken Rissoto for lunch.

It was my first time trying the pesto version of daydream pasta, and it was quite flavorful. Just by looking at its color and the oiliness around it, you could tell it was rich. However, I personally prefer an even richer version, but since the weather is quite hot now, a lighter sauce feels more refreshing. I'll save the extra-rich version for cooler days.

The chicken inside was surprisingly not the usual chicken breast you find in Italian pasta dishes but chicken thigh meat, which I appreciated. What I liked most was that the chicken was well-prepared, with no skin or fat, just clean and lean meat. That's essential for me, so it gets extra points. The dish had a generous portion of chicken, and since it was made with chicken thighs, it was tender and delicious. The ingredients included the basics - tomatoes, onions, corn shoots - and I customized it with some added spiciness. Overall, it was simply delicious.
