下午一點來竹北這一鍋用餐,一陣子沒吃麻辣火鍋了好想念啊!
以往都是單點喜歡的品項,昨天發現雙人套餐的搭配內容物還不錯,而且價格蠻實惠,所以嘗試看看。
湯頭可以在他們提供的選項中五選一,也可選擇鴛鴦鍋。
我們選了鴛鴦鍋,值得注意的是,這邊套餐選鴛鴦鍋湯頭並不用額外加150元,算是意外之喜。(因為單點鴛鴦鍋,除每人鍋底費尚需另加150)
套餐肉品選了 培根牛肉,另外用我的會員點數再換一份培根牛(照片中右邊較小盤者),其他還能選擇的部分,選了香蔥油條、水蓮,其他固定的選項是香蔥貢丸
、綜合餃、冰鮮小卷、另有一壺冬瓜檸檬冰沙。
這其實是我第一次在這一鍋吃他們的餃類和海鮮,因為過去我都將主力放在肉類和內臟(牛筋、牛肚、大腸),餃類味道及口感都不錯,也沒有冷凍過久的軟爛感。
海鮮的冰卷也新鮮彈牙,連我這種對海鮮腥味很敏感的人都能略嘗幾筷,表示新鮮、味道不腥。
牛肉就是一如往常的表現不錯,涮幾下將近全熟的時候就是最好吃的時候,
我最喜歡這一鍋的醋醬加蒜苗,肉片在麻辣湯裡涮過,包上一筷蒜苗,這味道怎麼可以這麼協調?
店內供應的是益全香米,盛飯時就可以聞到米香,趁著肉片下肚時,配上一口熱騰騰的白飯,有夠簡單暴力。
假日耶,什麼減醣、少碳水?不存在的。
然後以往都是點他家的老油條,畢竟吃火鍋不點老油條會不會太可惜?
結果昨天套餐內附的是「香蔥油條」,我以為會是類似的東西,結果整個不是我想像的那回事。
照片上方那個像麵包條的東西就是香蔥油條,我本來已經不抱希望了,結果挾起來看看,發現好像是即食品,咬了一口,發現超級像蔥餅捲,超~好~吃!!!
欸真的不要開玩笑,你才不是油條,你就是很好吃的蔥油餅捲好嗎?!
身為蔥油餅愛好者我發現新大陸,這個的話足以讓我捨棄老油條欸。(我也很喜歡油條,我左右為難)
我把這號稱油條的傢伙泡了麻辣湯吃、單吃、沾沙茶醬吃都好好吃,欲罷不能,就說別想減碳水了齁。
除去昨天第一次吃這些品項,其他鍋底內含的豆腐也是我心頭好,忍著上顎每次都被燙掉一層皮也要吃熱豆腐啊,鴨血表現也一如往常的穩定。
然後這一鍋的老火湯(白鍋)部分,湯頭真的很好喝,不要煮到太鹹的話,真的會忍不住多喝兩碗。
昨天點這雙人套餐加上點數兌換的一盤牛肉,徹底吃不完,最後打包了鍋底帶回家,這兩天還能再回味一波,以昨天雙人套餐1380的價格,
這種美味程度跟份量,我覺得很棒。
所以偶爾點一些以往沒吃過的東西也不錯,具有意外之喜的一天。
Long time no see, Zhubei's hot pot!
Yesterday, instead of ordering my usual favorite items à la carte, I decided to try the restaurant's set menu for two. The bacon beef was as delicious as always, and there were a few things I tried for the first time.
For example, the assorted dumplings and scallion oil sticks. Previously, I focused more on the meat slices and offal, so it was my first time trying their assorted dumplings. They had a good taste and a nice texture, without feeling like they had been frozen for too long. As for the scallion oil sticks, even though they were called "oil sticks," I felt they tasted more like scallion pancakes rolled up. The flavor was superb.
Although I used to believe that eating spicy hot pot required the essential addition of old-style fried dough sticks, the scallion oil sticks included in the set menu yesterday paired exceptionally well. Additionally, I love having steamed rice with hot pot—it's a carb overload, but that's what makes a happy holiday!
