今天和朋友約在緊湊的午餐時間碰面吃個飯,統一時代的大戶屋是在這帶難得可以訂位且可以安穩坐著吃飯聊天不用人擠人的好地點,所以我很喜歡和朋友約在這邊吃午餐,小聊一下很開心。
每次吃大戶屋我都猶豫不決,因為我很喜歡大戶屋的黑醋燴雞肉定食,也因為這樣,我真的是太常點這道,所以想換換口味,最後我決定點大戶屋炸里肌豬排定食,朋友點了炸腰內肉豬排定食,我們可以交換吃口感不同的豬排。
雖然是午餐尖峰時段,但沒有等很久就上菜了,在開飯前,我都會先喝熱騰騰、鮮美無比的味噌湯,熱湯愛好者一定要趁熱喝,暖暖胃,準備迎接接下來的正餐。
豬排外皮酥脆,內裡略有彈性,咬一口豬排,來一口熱熱的白飯,再搭配上清脆的白蘿蔔漬物和高麗菜絲,真是立刻讓人滿足。
豬排無限好,只是容易胖
日式料理店通常都有一手煮白米飯的絕活,米飯香軟可口,一個不小心就想伸手按續飯鈴(趕快制止自己)。
吃完飯還和朋友吃了Cold Stone的經典冰淇淋:非常莓好和珍藏鐵觀音,今天真的是非常美好。

Japanese restaurants often have the art of cooking white rice perfectly, tempting you to have another bowl. By the way, I was so close to pressing the "Continue Rice" button myself!
