新竹眷村知名的老店，三廠姜店。
常態性的生意很好，但隊伍行進的很快，大部分不用排很久。

今天我喜歡的韭菜盒又賣完了，好可惜喔。
買了原味的小辣涼麵，一直猶豫要買原味的還是牛肉口味的涼麵，最後覺得牛肉的應該會吃不下所以選了原味的，還買了蔥油餅。
涼麵就是很基礎的小黃瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、醬料包這樣，滿滿一盒$45，蔥油餅也是一樣的價格。
三廠姜店的涼麵醬很香，選小辣跟麻辣都有明顯的辣度，襯托它本身的蒜味更香了，麻醬、蒜味加辣味的組合非常協調，難怪店頭備有超多涼麵，大家都一次超多盒的在掃，不意外。
我喜歡它家涼麵，偶爾有來附近辦事，一定要來光顧一下。



蔥油餅比較像是傳統的一張圓形大張餅再切成四片的那一種，而不是現在街頭常見的那種蔥抓餅。

看照片應該就有感覺餅皮很酥脆，真的是很香、很好吃，稍微美中不足的一點是，我覺得蔥量沒有到爆多，我喜歡很多蔥，這是我的個人偏好啦。
今天午餐是澱粉炸彈，雖然都是澱粉，但都是很好吃的澱粉，所以我還是要這樣搭哈哈哈。💣❤️‍🔥

另外這次沒買到的韭菜盒是他家的招牌商品之一，還有牛肉捲餅一樣很讚😎。
p.s)我的蔥油餅旁邊醬料是三養的辣雞醬美乃滋，配蔥油餅超對味，蔥油餅就是要加辣醬最好吃。

Today, my favorite chive dumplings are sold out, what a pity.
I bought the original flavor of spicy cold noodles, and I was hesitating between the original flavor and the beef flavor. In the end, I thought I might not be able to finish the beef flavor, so I chose the original flavor. I also bought scallion pancakes.
The cold noodles are made with basic ingredients like cucumber strips, carrot strips, and sauce packets. A full box costs $45, and the scallion pancakes are priced the same.
The scallion pancakes are more like the traditional round large pancake cut into four pieces, rather than the commonly seen scallion pancakes on the streets.
The pancake skin is crispy, fragrant, and delicious. It's a starch bomb for lunch. 💣❤️‍🔥
The sauce next to my scallion pancakes is Samyang's spicy chicken mayo sauce, which goes perfectly with the scallion pancakes.
