Sukiya again.
今天試試看睽違幾年的咖哩牛丼,上一次吃覺得超級鹹,被嚇到了,所以之後都沒再吃過,一晃已經好多年過去,再給它一次機會。
按照慣例,吃飯前先把味噌湯喝掉,確保入口的時候還是燒燙燙的🔥。
今天咖哩飯剛開始吃的時候,覺得香料的味道很不錯,好像沒有印象中那麼鹹。同時,發現它們把福神漬混在咖哩醬裡面,
吃飯的時候感覺到漬物那種脆脆的口感,漬物本身也有鹹度,所以後來開始就有點愈吃愈鹹的趨勢。

(註:福神漬是日本的一種漬物,以蘿蔔、茄子、小黃瓜、香菇等材料等主,福神漬經常和咖哩飯一同食用。)
吃到後來有種舌頭鹹到麻木的感覺,好吧,看來咖哩雖然蠻好吃的,但是不適合我。🥲

老公今天點牛丼,另外單點一個牛燒肉盤,牛燒肉的口味甜鹹感很強,炙燒香氣也很重,屬於口味蠻重的一款單品。

然後Sukiya的青菜真的超級好吃,它值得一張獨照🌹對青菜沒有愛的人都會稱讚它蠻好吃的水準。

第一次吃Sukiya是它剛來台灣設店的時候,在台北吃的,住宿的飯店旁邊剛好有Sukiya。
然後那次吃鹹的嚇一跳的咖哩牛丼回憶,應該是2018年年初,我當天午餐吃完之後,
去南港看了ONE OK ROCK的演唱會🎶所以記憶深刻,一眨眼已經五年啦。

Today, I decided to give their curry beef bowl another try after several years of absence. The last time I had it, I found it incredibly salty and was taken aback. That experience made me avoid it since then, but now, after so many years, I'll give it another chance.
As usual, I started by sipping the miso soup before diving into the main dish, ensuring that it still had that fiery hot sensation when it entered my mouth.🔥
When I began eating the curry rice today, I noticed that the spices tasted quite good, not as salty as I remembered. I also discovered that they mixed Fukujinzuke, a type of Japanese pickle, into the curry sauce. It added a crunchy texture and a hint of saltiness to the meal, which gradually made it saltier the more I ate.
(Note: Fukujinzuke is a type of pickle in Japan made with radish, eggplant, cucumber, shiitake mushrooms, and other ingredients. It is commonly consumed together with curry rice.)

As I continued eating, my tongue started to feel numb from the excessive saltiness. Well, it seems that although the curry is tasty, it's just not suitable for me.🥲

My husband ordered the beef bowl today and also separately ordered a plate of grilled beef, which had a strong sweet and salty flavor and a rich aroma from the searing. It's definitely a heavy and flavorful dish.

And oh, the vegetables at Sukiya are really delicious. They deserve a solo photo.🌹 Even those who aren't fond of vegetables would compliment their great taste.

The first time I tried Sukiya was when they first opened in Taiwan, and I had it in Taipei, near the hotel where I stayed. That memorable experience of being shocked by the salty curry beef bowl should be around early 2018. After having lunch that day, I went to Nan Gang to attend a concert by
ONE OK ROCK🎶. Time flies, and it's already been five years.
