今天來吃我愛店 波記茶餐廳
今天點了 叉燒臘味雙蛋飯(因為我平時每次點的藍帶豬排雙蛋飯沒有了)
乾炒牛河 港式鮮蝦雲吞湯 鹹檸利賓納 絲襪奶茶
乾炒牛河鍋氣十足有夠香 口味是甜鹹味突出的 不是清淡款 乾炒牛河我很愛 走到哪都要點


叉燒臘味雙蛋飯 這家店的太陽蛋真的都煎到恰到好處 放在飯上面 然後自己去醬料自助區 拿他們家的辣醬加醬油
淋在蛋跟飯上面吃 真的爆炸好吃 這是我昔日的愛 以前口味比現在更重 辣醬都放爆炸多 真的好好吃 大愛這個
叉燒和香腸都很經典的好吃 沒什麼特別要描述的(?)


鮮蝦雲吞湯 湯頭超清淡可以忽略不計 但是雲吞本人內餡超彈 簡直是蝦仁肉餡小貢丸的程度
這個內餡好好吃 我又把雲吞撈起來加上面說的那個辣醬吃 真心好吃 說來說去那個辣醬真的加一百分


然後飲料的話 利賓納也是必喝的飲料 因為它很特別 不是每個茶餐廳都能見到它
它是七喜作為基底然後加上特別的黑加侖糖漿跟檸檬 還有很多冰塊 喝之前把檸檬戳爆 把糖漿攪散 就會得到一杯美麗紫色的汽水
超清新 超好喝 酸酸甜甜 而且黑加侖糖漿很少見 這個香味超好聞 我很愛
從我第一次吃波記 喝了這款飲料之後 就沒有一次去那邊不點這款的


絲襪奶茶 很濃很好喝 不含絲襪 當然有含絲襪的話 我會很慌張 這是它們的招牌飲料我這樣三言兩語顯得好清淡無力
但也不是 它是好喝的 茶味大於奶味的奶茶 感覺快到泰奶的濃郁程度 香甜好喝
店內裝潢是復古港風那種 座位的間隙會稍微擁擠一點
但他們的服務人員還蠻客氣 不是傳統港式服務 而且不收十趴服務費 很棒


今天晚餐看起來好像沒有到奪多 但我吃完整個飽炸 高興

Today I went to my favorite restaurant, Bo Kee Tea Restaurant. I ordered Barbecue Pork and Roast Meat with Double Egg Rice (since they didn't have my usual Blue Ribbon Pork Chop with Double Egg Rice), Stir-fried Beef Hor Fun, Hong Kong-style Shrimp Wonton Soup, Salted Lemon Ribena, and Silk Stocking Milk Tea.
The Stir-fried Beef Hor Fun had a strong and fragrant wok aroma, with a sweet and salty flavor profile. I really love their version of this dish and always order it wherever I go.
The Barbecue Pork and Roast Meat with Double Egg Rice had perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs on top. I went to the self-service sauce station and added their spicy sauce and soy sauce, drizzling it over the eggs and rice. It was explosively delicious, just the way I remember it. In the past, the flavors were even stronger, with an extra kick of spiciness. I really love this dish.
The Hong Kong-style Shrimp Wonton Soup had a very light and subtle broth, but the wonton filling was incredibly flavorful. The combination of shrimp and meat was like little balls of heaven. I scooped up the wontons and added the same spicy sauce mentioned earlier. It was genuinely delicious. That spicy sauce really makes a difference.
As for the drinks, Ribena is a must-try because it's unique and not every tea restaurant offers it. They use 7-Up as the base and add special black sugar syrup, lemon, and lots of ice. Before drinking, you poke the lemon to release its juices and stir the syrup. This results in a beautiful purple soda that's incredibly refreshing and tasty, with a perfect balance of tanginess and sweetness. The black sugar syrup is rarely found, and its fragrance is amazing. I love it. Since my first visit to Bo Kee and trying this drink, I've never gone there without ordering it.
The Silk Stocking Milk Tea is rich and delicious, without actually containing silk stockings, of course. If it did, I would be quite alarmed. It's their signature drink, and although I'm describing it briefly, it's anything but bland. It's a milk tea where the tea flavor surpasses the milk, almost reaching the richness of Thai milk tea. It's aromatic and sweet, and I enjoy it.
The interior of the restaurant has a retro Hong Kong-style ambiance. The seating area may be slightly crowded, but their staff is polite, and the service is not the traditional Hong Kong-style, plus they don't charge a ten percent service fee. It's great.
Even though it didn't seem like a huge dinner, I ended up feeling completely satisfied. I'm really happy.
