夏天當然要吃一下清涼退火的綠豆湯啊♥
因為午餐吃太飽,晚餐吃不下,所以臨時決定煮綠豆湯。
我喜歡用電鍋煮綠豆湯,不用顧爐火,特別方便,懶人煮法就會成功。
在綠豆湯快完工前二十分鐘,我開始煮西谷米,煮十分鐘、悶十分鐘,然後清水沖洗沖掉黏液就好了。
我沒有直接把西谷米整個放進綠豆湯裡面,要吃的時候,自己放到自己碗裡而已。

In the summer, of course, you should have a refreshing and cooling mung bean soup. ♥ Since I ate too much for lunch and couldn’t eat much for dinner, I decided to cook mung bean soup spontaneously. I like using a rice cooker to cook mung bean soup because I don’t have to worry about the stove, it’s especially convenient, and the lazy cooking method always works. About twenty minutes before the mung bean soup is ready, I start cooking sago. I cook it for ten minutes, let it sit for another ten minutes, and then rinse it with water to remove the stickiness. I don’t put the sago directly into the mung bean soup; when I want to eat it, I just put it in my own bowl.
Mung beans are soft and tender, really delicious. Paired with chewy sago, this sweet soup is super tasty. ♥
