星期一的午餐，來點簡單方便的，煮個麵加熱一下調理包就好啦。

我今天用的是可果美的蕃茄奶油義大利麵醬，這系列有兩個口味，一款是紅色包裝的蕃茄肉醬，一款是我今天用的橘色包裝的蕃茄奶油口味。


這系列的調理包是我的庫存必備，我覺得很少有調理包價格這麼平實，然後味道跟醬汁都很濃厚，一點也不會稀稀的，非常濃郁又實在的調理包啊，以我今天吃這款來講，除去醬汁之外，它的洋蔥丁和肉末，都是可以確實吃到的，不會好像都變成醬汁的一部份那樣，這點我會認為蠻真材實料的，更像外面賣的現作款。

然後今天這個蕃茄奶油口味，蕃茄味有夠香，就是在外面遇到很好吃的義大利麵店會有的味道。我想畢竟可果美是料理蕃茄的大師嘛，這點手段它們應該還是有的吧！！！😂(笑死，不用懷疑人家)
然後蕃茄奶油口味就是我很愛的橘醬義大利麵，所以我有點小偏心，我的庫存囤貨量，蕃茄奶油口味比蕃茄肉醬口味多一點，是個偏心家長。

我今天不是用義大利麵條，用的是統一好勁道的千羽拉麵，加冷凍的金針菇，大概是2:1的比例。我常這樣替換麵條欸，畢竟義大利麵要煮比較久，普通的家常麵就很快煮，對於急吼吼要吃飯的人來講比較友善。😂

然後吃麵不要忘了補充蛋白質，吃麵要放兩顆蛋。我每次做水煮蛋都會一次做大量，然後放在冰箱裡方便取用，反正在我們家，蛋消耗的很快，完全不會久放。像這樣要吃麵，等麵煮熟的空檔，剝一下蛋殼，煮好麵放上去就完成啦～簡單的調理包加麵條，一樣是生活中的一百分。💯

For Monday's lunch, let's go for something simple and convenient. Just boil some noodles and heat up a seasoning packet.

Today, I used the tomato cream pasta sauce from Keguomei. This series has two flavors: one is tomato meat sauce in red packaging, and the one I used today is tomato cream flavor in orange packaging.

The seasoning packets from this series are a must-have in my pantry. I find that they are very reasonably priced for a seasoning packet, and the flavor and sauce are both rich and thick. It's not watery at all. These seasoning packets are very flavorful and satisfying. Speaking specifically about the one I had today, besides the sauce, you can actually taste the diced onions and ground meat, they don't just blend into the sauce. I think this makes it a quality product, more like something you would get from a restaurant rather than just a sauce.

Today's tomato cream flavor is fragrant with a strong tomato taste, just like what you would find in a delicious Italian pasta restaurant. After all, Keguomei is a master when it comes to tomato-based dishes. They definitely know what they're doing! 😂 (I'm joking, there's no need to doubt them.) And personally, I really love the orange sauce for tomato cream pasta, so I may be a bit biased. I have more tomato cream flavor stocked up than tomato meat sauce. I'm a biased parent, I suppose.
