今天早上因為看了韓國的吃播(MUKBANG),吃播影片吃了韓式辣牛肉湯加拉麵,
讓我午餐也超想吃辣牛肉湯的啦,所以提議來吃韓式料理♥
巨城的韓姜熙的小廚房是我吃韓式鍋物的首選地點。
今天點了韓式辣牛肉湯、泡菜牛肉嫩豆腐煲、辣炒年糕。

我的辣牛肉湯超級熱騰騰,初入口不覺得,慢慢的愈吃愈辣,吃到流汗流鼻水,超級爽快的啦,
然後旁邊有五種小菜,又豐盛又滿足,我最喜歡那種韓式豆芽了,用麻油調味的,超清爽好吃。
這鍋湯雖然好大一鍋,但真的超好吃,我還是吃光光了,肚子飽炸!
今天老公點了泡菜牛肉豆腐煲,一樣有五種小菜。
我平時幾乎都是吃這款,只是因為今天想吃辣牛肉湯才點不同的食物,這兩款鍋都是我的菜,超喜歡。
然後看看這個簡直閃閃發亮的辣炒年糕,雖然它放了豬血糕好像有點不倫不類的,很台灣化的作法,
但真的是好好吃,年糕的口感很好,然後醬汁的味道比外面街頭賣的好吃蠻多的,又香又甜又辣的口味,裡面的甜不辣(魚板)口感也是扎實不軟爛的,顯然沒有煮過頭,雖然這個年糕以份量來講有點貴,但真心好吃。

Today, I ordered Korean spicy beef soup, kimchi beef soft tofu stew, and spicy stir-fried rice cakes.
My Yukgaejang was piping hot. At first, it didn't feel spicy, but the more I ate, the spicier it got. It made me sweat and my nose run, but it was incredibly satisfying. Although the soup came in a large pot, it was really delicious, and I finished it all. My stomach is happily full!
Today, my husband ordered the kimchi beef soft tofu stew. I usually have that, but I decided to try something different today because I wanted the spicy beef soup. Both of these soups are my favorites, and I love them a lot.
And then there's this shining and delicious Tteok-Bokki (spicy stir-fried rice cake). Although it includes pig blood cake, which seems a bit unconventional, it's a very Taiwanese way of preparing it. But it truly tastes amazing. The texture of the rice cake is great, and the sauce is much tastier than the ones sold on the street. It has a delightful combination of fragrant, sweet, and spicy flavors. The fish cakes inside are firm and not mushy, clearly not overcooked. Although this rice cake dish is a bit pricey in terms of portion size, it is genuinely delicious.
