甜點時間

抱歉前面吃大戶屋 雖然我說吃得很飽

但是甜點是另一個新世界 不可以放棄

因為這週大部分的晚餐都是吃水果優格當晚餐(除了吃鹹酥雞的那天)

所以周五的晚上出門快樂的吃飯飯



一陣子沒和老公一起吃大戶屋了

我們都點了最愛的雞肉蔬菜燴黑醋醬定食



這個真的不愧是大戶屋的當家招牌 吃了好多次大戶屋真的是無法離開這一道 會覺得它家的其他食物跟這道一比會遜色不少的程度



雞塊和旁邊的大部分蔬菜是炸過的(番茄和高麗菜絲是生的)

雞塊是雞腿肉 炸的酥脆又軟嫩 其他的蔬菜也處理的很好 然後裹上那個酸甜的烏醋醬 真的好吃到翻 酸甜程度蠻高的 所以很刺激食慾 很下飯

雞肉塊尺寸不小 通常要分成兩口吃才剛好 然後炸蔬菜之中我最最喜歡炸蓮藕 又特別又好吃 日常生活要吃到蓮藕的機會也不是很多 口感又很棒 超喜歡

他家的牛奶綿綿冰是我的最愛
我還會加點紅豆來配 超～～讚♥
牛奶口味超濃香 冰本身濃郁到快變冰淇淋的程度 真的好好吃 其他的口味我也有吃過 但我真的還是無法放棄牛奶口味🤤
老公喜歡紅豆牛奶清冰 上面的紅豆🫘很綿密鬆軟 本身甜度很適中 配上大量的煉乳 真的是冰品皇后的程度 底下配的是清冰 我愛這種勝過普通的刨冰 這整個搭配非常棒♥
兩個冰品都是濃郁香醇款 有點邪惡啊♥好愛
夏天還是要繼續吃這個消暑啦🥰
There is a popular ice shop we all love in Hsinchu, it's called Xie Jiao Mian Mian Ice 🍧. It's located on Nan Da Road, right across from the trendy Pin Yuan Noodle House.
After having noodles at Pin Yuan, we would walk across the street to enjoy the ice. It's an indulgent plan, isn't it? 😂😂😂
My favorite is their Milk Mian Mian Ice, and I like to add some red beans as a topping. It's absolutely amazing! The milk flavor is rich and aromatic, and the ice itself is so creamy it almost feels like ice cream. I've tried other flavors as well, but I just can't give up the milk flavor. 🤤
My husband loves the Red Bean Milk Shaved Ice. The red beans on top are soft and sweet, and they go perfectly with the generous amount of condensed milk. It's like the queen of ice desserts. The base is made of shaved ice, which I prefer over regular shaved ice. The whole combination is fantastic.
Both of these ice desserts are rich and decadent. They are a bit sinful, but I love them so much! ♥
We must continue to enjoy these refreshing treats throughout the summer. 🥰

今天天氣熱熱，決定在家吃飯就好。
我們家點龍昌小館的三件套：炒飯、蒸餃、酸辣湯。

夏天當然要吃一下清涼退火的綠豆湯啊♥
因為午餐吃太飽，晚餐吃不下，所以臨時決定煮綠豆湯。
我喜歡用電鍋煮綠豆湯，不用顧爐火，特別方便，懶人煮法就會成功。
在綠豆湯快完工前二十分鐘，我開始煮西谷米，煮十分鐘、悶十分鐘，然後清水沖洗沖掉黏液就好了。
我沒有直接把西谷米整個放進綠豆湯裡面，要吃的時候，自己放到自己碗裡而已。
綠豆好綿密好軟，超級好吃，配上有彈性的西谷米，這個甜湯超好吃喔♥
In the summer, of course, you should have a refreshing and cooling mung bean soup. ♥ Since I ate too much for lunch and couldn’t eat much for dinner, I decided to cook mung bean soup spontaneously. I like using a rice cooker to cook mung bean soup because I don’t have to worry about the stove, it’s especially convenient, and the lazy cooking method always works. About twenty minutes before the mung bean soup is ready, I start cooking sago. I cook it for ten minutes, let it sit for another ten minutes, and then rinse it with water to remove the stickiness. I don’t put the sago directly into the mung bean soup; when I want to eat it, I just put it in my own bowl.
Mung beans are soft and tender, really delicious. Paired with chewy sago, this sweet soup is super tasty. ♥

因為老公舌頭咬到很痛的關係，所以今天跑去超市買了肉絲和皮蛋，決定晚餐要煮個皮蛋瘦肉粥給可憐仔吃，我也很喜歡皮蛋瘦肉粥，但我其實一次也沒煮過，今天就來試試看。
我上次買的芋香米剛好剩一小把，全下去洗，洗好入鍋，水量一開始抓3:1左右，後來有陸續加水，一開始我就開大火滾，因為時間緊迫沒辦法。一直滾到米粒開始釋放出澱粉，感覺湯汁有點變白變稠，水量變少，我加了一點水，然後重新等到煮滾、也有稠度之後，投入切碎的冷凍娃娃菜和金針菇，滾開之後放半塊雞湯塊，這時候開始有點香味，我放入略醃了一會的絞肉，今天的絞肉蠻黏，下鍋後我用湯勺和湯匙把它們盡量分散一點、均勻一點。（絞肉用酒、鹽、胡椒鹽醃）之後放入薑絲來達到去腥的作用，等粥的香味開始散放，搗碎一顆皮蛋投入粥中，下基礎調味，調整到你喜歡的鹹淡程度，我另外撒了大量的白胡椒粉（個人喜好），起鍋前放蔥花就完成啦。
拍照時我被香到不能專心，一直很想偷吃，但我忍住了。
先把粥裝涼，在這個空檔做了一個燙秋葵，秋葵洗淨，燒一鍋熱水，燙個兩分多鐘，撈起來沖涼水降溫，切小塊，拌入韓國芝麻油和醬油膏就完成。
不喜歡吃粥的老公一直頻頻稱讚今天的粥很好吃，雖然我有問他是不是舌頭不方便吃東西才覺得這粥很好吃，但他堅決否認，他說是真的很好吃。好啦，很乖，雖然我自己也認為很好吃，但他也是很知道說什麼我會很高興的乖仔，希望你舌頭早日康復。
 

午餐又要來吃我最愛的陽春麵
今天準備的菜種類比較多 有金針菇 福山萵苣(俗稱大陸妹) 玉米筍 加上青蔥 然後吃麵就是要放兩顆蛋
金針菇放在裡面跟麵看起來簡直融為一體 這樣可以少吃一點麵條喔(笑)
一邊調醬汁一邊燒水準備煮麵 簡單的醬汁完全不複雜 最麻煩的地方只有切蔥花而已(喔 還有後續吃完的收拾😂)
今天企圖煮美美的水波蛋失敗 我今天把蛋放進水裡時太心急了直接弄散 所以照面裡面有一個蛋黃失去它的蛋白了哈哈
但沒關係啦 這麵好吃就好 簡單又方便

只有簡單的油 蔥花 醬油 鹽巴 味精
好了 吃完讚美完了 剩下收拾碗盤殘局的份了哈哈
I'm going to enjoy my favorite plain noodles today.
Today, I have prepared a variety of ingredients. There are enoki mushrooms, Fushan lettuce, baby corn, and green onions. And of course, when eating noodles, I always add two eggs.
While I'm preparing the sauce and boiling water for the noodles, the sauce itself is simple and not complicated at all. The only troublesome part is chopping the green onions (oh, and the cleanup afterwards 😂).
I attempted to make a beautiful swirling egg, but it failed. I was too impatient when I put the egg into the water, so it dispersed immediately. As a result, there is an egg yolk without its white in the noodles. Haha, but it's okay. As long as the noodles taste good, that's all that matters. It's simple and convenient.
The second photo shows the sauce. It only consists of simple ingredients like oil, chopped green onions, soy sauce, salt, and MSG.
Alright, after finishing this delicious meal, it's time to deal with the aftermath of washing the dishes. Haha."

今天好想吃餃子啊🥟

我很常點它們家的蒸餃
但我今天就想吃鍋貼 換個口味
不管是蒸餃還是鍋貼
它們的共同特色就是超級大一個

今天拿到餐的時候有點晚了
所以有點冷掉 讓皮有點變韌了
但還是很好吃啦
它皮很厚實 內餡是鮮肉餡 沒有什麼很明顯的蔬菜的感覺 如果你喜歡濃郁厚實口感的 會喜歡這種風格的鍋貼
照片我旁邊放了免洗筷 可以看得出來這鍋貼有多大顆 沈甸甸的 這一份份量滿驚人
然後我一口氣吃完了

I really want to eat dumplings today. 🥟
So I ordered the pan-fried dumplings from Long Chang Xiaoguan.
I often order their steamed dumplings, but today I wanted a change in flavor.
Whether steamed or pan-fried,
their common feature is that they are super large.
Huge baby!
I received the meal a bit late today,
so it cooled down and the skin became slightly chewy,
but it still tasted really good.
The skin is thick and the filling is made of fresh minced meat,
without any prominent vegetable flavors.
If you like a rich and substantial texture, you'll enjoy this style of pan-fried dumplings.
In the second photo, I placed disposable chopsticks next to them.
You can see how big these dumplings are, they're quite hefty.
The portion size is quite impressive.
And...I finished them.

今天晚餐用UberEats訂了新竹城隍廟旁邊的ToBe+兔彼炸物 它家是以現切馬鈴薯炸成洋芋片聞名的樣子 但我今天不是要吃洋芋片😂
我今天才第一次吃 看了菜單 猶豫了好久 點了七合一綜合炸物分享餐和兩份現炸嫩雞
它家炸物的類型 我會把它歸類在比較「輕炸」的那邊 不是那種炸到很脆 很刮上顎的類型 相對軟一點好入口的款 這種冷掉不會整個變硬也相對會比較顯油膩
七合一炸物餐裡面有 四季豆 玉米筍 杏鮑菇 甜不辣 德腸 百頁 雞肉
嫩雞就是炸的無骨雞胸肉這樣
兩種裡面都有加入洋蔥跟大蒜 所以都蠻香的
今天整體來說蠻好吃的 趁熱吃 不要放涼就不會太油 洋蔥那些也很香 但就是份量有點少 比我預期的少蠻多的 我大吃一驚
第二張照片的份量 是兩份嫩雞放在一起 其實感覺有點像一份 我當時收到還打電話給店家確認過 那個炸物全餐也不是很大盒 雖然蠻多樣的 大食怪有點小失望
可能跟我用外送有關 價格會比店內價高 很在意的人要注意一下這點
I ordered dinner today from ToBe+ Rabbit, located near Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple. This store is known for their freshly sliced potato chips, but I wasn't in the mood for that today. 😂
It was my first time trying their food, and after looking at the menu, I hesitated for a while before finally ordering their Combo Platter with a variety of fried items and two servings of freshly fried tender chicken.
Their fried items can be categorized as "lightly fried." They are not extremely crispy and jaw-scratching. Instead, they are relatively softer and easier to bite into. They don't become too hard when they cool down, but they can be a bit greasy.
The Combo Platter includes long beans, baby corn, king oyster mushrooms, fried tempura, German sausage, hundred-layer tofu, and chicken. The tender chicken is boneless chicken breast. Both items have onions and garlic added to them, so they have a nice aroma.
Overall, it was quite tasty. It's best to eat them while they're hot to avoid them being too oily. The onions were fragrant as well. However, the portion size was a bit small, much smaller than I expected. It surprised me.
The portion shown in the second photo is two servings of tender chicken placed together. It almost feels like one serving. I even called the restaurant to confirm. The Combo Platter itself is not a large box, although it offers a decent variety. If you order for delivery, the prices might be higher compared to dining in. Those who are concerned about this should take note.

昨天中午餓的要命
雖然先喝了有飲的珍奶續一下命
但還是要趕快吃飯比較實在
殺去西門町吃采宏牛肉麵
我點牛肉麵細麵 老公點牛雜麵粗麵
照片是我的麵 雖然說是細麵 根本就是烏龍麵等級的尺寸喔
粗麵的話 是直接像刀削麵那種真的很粗的麵條
以前附近的中興醫院一帶有所謂的牛肉麵街 價格都不貴 然後麵多肉多 有點粗獷的風格 吃一碗牛肉麵 再買一袋現打果汁 真的是蠻美好的童年回憶
後來牛肉麵街消失了 很多的牛肉麵店都遷移到西寧南路 洛陽街 峨嵋街一帶了 之前住西門町附近的飯店時 陸陸續續探訪了幾家 後來比較喜歡 也比較常吃的是這家采宏
吃牛肉麵當然要上桌加點酸菜 然後放一些橘色的牛油才會對味欸 或許是真的大為增添了風味 或許是吃這種有點歲月的牛肉麵 開吃前的儀式感 總之 必須要加的啊
